Everything is prepared 100% from scratch relying on traditional approaches to make the food as nourishing and delicious as possible. We:

use only high-quality fats – NO industrial nut or seed oils,
use only unrefined sugar, maple syrup and/or honey – NO refined sugars,

Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia Stuffing 12oz bag of cubed & dried focaccia ready to be mixed, baked and enjoyed
MSAK Cranberry Sauce 16oz | Traditional cranberry sauce spiced with cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and orange zest and sweetened with unrefined Muscavado sugar. We’ve been making this recipe since we were married 24 years ago and we are so excited to share it with you all. Packaged in a decorative bail top glass container to serve right on your table.
Fermented MSAK Cranberry Sauce 16oz | Probiotic rich, live fermented cranberry sauce spiced with ginger, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and orange zest and lightly sweetened with maple syrup. This is our new live, probiotic rich twist on the cranberry sauce we have been making since we were married 24 years ago. Available in limited quantities since it takes 2 weeks to ferment.
Sourdough Brioche Rolls 6/12 roll packs | Nourishing and decadent sourdough rolls enriched with butter, eggs and milk
Pumpkin Pie made with Lockbriar sugar pumpkins and butternut squash, lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar and maple syrup set in our sourdough crust served in a glass pie plate
Lattice topped Apple Pie made with Lockbriar apples and Muscovado sugar baked in our sourdough crust served in a glass pie plate
Traditional turkey gravy made with turkey bone broth our signature sourdough roux 1 pint | served in a reusable mason jar
Gluten Free Sourdough Cornbread Stuffing 12oz bag of cubed & dried gluten free sourdough cornbread ready to be mixed, baked and enjoyed
Preorders are due by Thursday November 21st!
All products will be available for pick-up at the Kent Island Farmer’s Market on Tuesday November 26th (3:30 - 6:00) or at the MSAK on Wednesday November 27th (12:00 - 4:00).

I ordered pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and it was the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever had. Much better than the ones I make. I will definitely order it again. I also used the focaccia pieces for my stuffing and it was really good. I will add that I really like that these products are healthy
