Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed yesterday’s class! It was informative and inspirational. It exceeded every expectation. The best part was not only learning the “how” but also the “why.”

Bill is an outstanding teacher, helping even a baking amateur like me gain confidence. I’m looking forward to feeding my family sourdough that wows and nourishes them for years to come. Keep up the great work! Cheers

Having moved to Kent Island last summer, my only regret was not finding a great baguette (I went to an authentic French baguette bakery in Rockville). However now there are no regrets. Although the baguettes are great, the rosemary focaccia is now a favorite. My husband swears the barley ale loaf is the absolute best toast he has ever had and I would add to that it is perfect avocado toast. Then there are the butter bites...we love them with the horseradish cheddar spread from Love Point Deli...or just plain. The everything crackers do double duty as crackers and then I use the leftover "everythings" as a rub for fish from The Waterman's Wife. Now there are sourdough soft pretzels with that great mustard, better than what I used to make myself. SOOO. Now NO regrets at all moving to KI. What a great place to live!

I bought a baguette of ancient grains sourdough from you at the Kent Island Farmers Market. I whipped up a batch of oil and spices and my husband and I ate half of the loaf...it was amazing! Speaking as an experienced baker, it’s nice to see a hard working, ambitious young woman killing it! To a bright future!!

The Old Bay Focaccia is delicious! Good by itself, toasted with butter, and for avocado toast! Want to make some soup to eat with it soon!

My family and I absolutely love the products of Rise. The crackers are great for snacking and the perfect compliment for hearty dips like hummus. The sourdough loaf makes for excellent sandwiches and truly adds to the meal instead of being just a vehicle for the contents of the sandwich. We have had both kinds of focaccia and can not say enough about it. Every weekend we get another focaccia loaf and that becomes our breakfast through Tuesday morning. We have also used it to go with our dinner and even cut it in half to make the most amazing 4 cheese and basil grilled cheese. There is nothing better when feeding teenagers or trying to stay in shape yourself than some delicious nutrient dense food to keep you going through the day.

The charcoal crackers are so light, yet so addictive. They typically don't stay in the house longer than 24 hours! We love both types of focaccia! It makes a great sandwich, side with dinner, or just a slice on it's own! We originally ordered the Old Bay Focaccia to eat with crab dip, but we haven't kept it around long enough to make the crab dip!

Huge shout out to MSAK this afternoon. I went in for crackers, bread and pretzels (love ‘em) and mentioned how sorry I was that I missed Taco Thursday. Wouldn’t you know it but they had fixings for 2 kits left and offered to pack them up for me. Pork & Steak. Absolutely THE BEST. I won’t miss Thursday again! TY!

We bought the taco kit last night at the KI Farmers Market and it was absolutely stupendous!! Some flavors felt familiar...while others were totally unexpected - but all together and wrapped up in that taco - wow! truly one of the best things we've eaten since the start of covid! I live a little over an hour away and the distance doesn’t stop me from this nourishing and delicious bread for my family. Working in healthcare during this time takes me away from the kitchen, and I’m just so glad I’ve found Rise by Brianna because they value the importance of real food.

I ordered the 1-time bundle, so that my family could have the opportunity to try everything - and I'm so happy that I did. The bread is absolutely delicious. As soon as I tried, I immediately placed an order for my son's 1st Communion as I know all of our guests will just love it. The sourdough focaccia bread is the best focaccia that I have ever tasted. It is so fresh and perfect tasting. The sourdough loaf is delicious as toast for breakfast and the charcoal crackers are just the best. I really can't say enough good things about her bread/products. I highly recommend!

The chips are great. The old Bay and rosemary focaccia are awesome. I had shrimp salad on the old Bay bread and it was delicious. We used the rosemary bread with dipping sauce. My son had some of the bread and he also loved it.

Being a denizen of the West Coast, I had all but given up finding good sourdough breakfast toast anywhere on the Eastern Seaboard. Besides an apparent aversion to including it on the menu of most restaurants, what masquerades for sourdough when offered has been disappointing. (One delightful exception is Honey's in Lewes, DE). Thus, my expectations were somewhat muted when asked to give Rise's sourdough a try. To my surprise, it was love at first bite…delivering that authentic tanginess I'd been longing for!

What can I say, the bread is amazing. The Rosemary Focaccia is a family favorite by far, as well as Sissa’s sandwich bread. What is important to note, however, is that it’s not only the fact that someone can make a good loaf of bread. If you have the opportunity, or are already blessed, to know the Schindler family, then you’ll understand that there is a satisfaction to not only enjoying well made food, but knowing it was crafted by a family that truly cares about your health and well-being. It’s the ability to know where your food comes from, to have a connection to the source, and to appreciate the impact your purchase can make for a small business. You can’t go wrong with any of their delicious products.
