soaked granola
It takes us days to make this granola, but it is SO worth it!
Three parts of the granola - the oats, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds - are soaked before they are dehydrated to detoxify, pre-digest, and make them as safe and nourishing as possible.
Then the oats, sunflower seeds, and pumpkins seeds are combined with shredded coconut, coconut oil, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon and sweetened with a little honey and maple syrup before they are toasted to a golden brown.
Add this to the top of our fermented yogurt or just snack on it alone - either way - you won’t be disappointed!
