Each Tuesday night at 6pm EST, we will spend 2 hours together diving into a different chapter with behind the scenes stories, and interviews with special guests from around the world. Classes will also include question and answer sessions and step-by-step cooking demonstrations with select recipes from each chapter. This is over 20 hours of practical content that will help transform your health, and change how you view and interact with food in 10 live, virtual classes.

Feel free to bring your whole family around the computer screen to learn together each week. You know it’s a family affair at our house and we’d like nothing better than to see it that way at yours too!

Additionally, you will have access to our private Eat Like A Human Journey Group on Facebook. This offers a place for everyone on this journey to build community, and to engage with one another through stories and discussion between classes. We will be checking into this group as well during the week to offer any needed insight on ideas or logistics.
